Buckwheat tea, also called soba-cha, Buckwheat tea has been used for a very long time in China. Contrary to popular belief, buckwheat bears no relation to wheat, it is the seed of a fruit related to rhubarb. The buckwheat plant grows small white flowers and bright green leaves. The groats, or seeds, are used to make buckwheat tea. It has a distinct malty aroma. It tastes rich and beefy, like coffee but without the bitterness.

Tartary buckwheat that grows on Mount Daliang with the altitude of over 2000 meters as the raw material. It is carefully selected, contains precious bioflavonoid, 18 amino acids, numerous mineral elements. Buckwheat tea is gluten-free, a rejuvenating caffeine free tea highlighting several minerals and Rutin, that improves your metabolism and decreases cholesterol and blood sugar levels. Brewing Buckwheat tea:
1.Put 1-2 teaspoon black tartary buckwheat tea into the cup.
2.Fill the cup with 8 fl.oz, 95.C (205F) water.
